Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a psychological, needle-free version of acupressure that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions, and your health.

EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will.
In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupressure wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips while focusing on a negative emotion such as fear, anxiety or frustration. The relief from the negative emotion is felt after about a one minute round of tapping and continuous rounds can install new positive feelings instead. This addresses a new cause for emotional issues (unbalanced energy meridians).
Properly done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.
E.F.T. can be used for emotional issues including anger, forgiveness, fear, phobias, anxiety, depression and trauma. Other uses include pain, chronic diseases, physical issues, weight loss and addictions.
